About Me

Born and raised in Northern BC (Terrace / Kitimat), Ceara has an effective

combination of Northern girl resilience and tenacity. Among a family of

entrepreneurs she carries this spirit in every aspect of her ambitions. Starting her

career in the service industry over the past 30 years, having owned her own

business and remaining self-employed, all while raising her two boys, she has

mastered the art of customer service. This is signified by the importance of truly

listening to her clients, building trust, paying attention to the details, punctuality and

the importance of communication and follow through, while also adding some

lightheartedness and a sense of humor to her transactions with her clients. Her

passion for taking a space and making it feel like home , shines through with her

home staging and interior decorating. This passion, plus a gentle nudge from a

close friend led her to pursuing a career in Real Estate. Ceara brings local

knowledge and interest within the Kitimat /Terrace communities, whether it’s

navigating the way for first time home buyers, trying to find that perfect fixer upper,

or coming up with the right marketing strategy for a new listing. She loves it all!
