2020 is my 12th year in the real estate industry. I had a long term career in the oilfield and in service businesses. In 2006 I went out on a limb with a friend and we purchased and sold 3 homes for a re-vamp and re-sale. At that point I decided that the Realtors® were making most of the money (that's a whole new story).
