Brad Tradewell

About Me

I am excited to be joining the RE/MAX Team and bring 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with me. I was one of the Co-Founders of Avonlea Homes Ltd. at it’s inception in 1995 and continue to play a major role with the company today. I also spent a number of years as a Director on the board of the Canadian Homes Builders Association. I have a strong passion for assisting people with one of the biggest purchases of their lifetime and selling people brand new homes brings an extra chill up my spine. Born and raised in Edmonton, I relocated with my family in 1993 and began my Real Estate career. Lethbridge is now where I consider home and where my wife and I have raised our two children. Both kids were active in hockey and swimming and we spent several enjoyable years volunteering for both the Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association as well as the Lethbridge Swim Club. We enjoy the outdoors, travelling and spending time with our kids and new grand-babies. I am thrilled to be back in the fore front and am eager to fulfill concerns and desires, and help people with the excitement of purchasing a new home.
