Chris Carlos is a licensed RE/MAX Powell River Real Estate Agent, Rental Specialist, and Property Manager. He graduated from Vancouver Island University and moved to Powell River with his wife and children in 2007. Working at RE/MAX is a family affair. His father-in-law, Ross Cooper, started the Property Management division of the company in 1998, and his mother, Heather Bryant works as a RE/MAX office manager. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children boating, fishing, camping, and biking in and around Powell River. Powell River, BC is a great community with a beautiful coastal view and endless outdoor activities to choose from. In 2012, Chris started the Powell River Fishing Report promoting local fishing hot spots. He is an avid fisherman and knows every nook and cranny of the Powell River Fishing scene. Chris Carlos is a down-to-earth family man with a knack for finding the perfect home for the perfect renter.
