Kiel was born and raised in Prince George and moved to Nanaimo in 2002. Kiel, his wife and two kids try and fit in adventure and exploration wherever they can. His favorite activities when not at the office are hiking, mountain biking, surfing, golfing and boating.

His work background has always been immersed in customer service. His last vocation was in an incredibly fulfilling career as a technician for a large telecommunications company. This has enabled him to explore and discover every nook and cranny from Duncan to Courtney/Comox. Kiel prides himself in the knowledge he has obtained from working throughout these areas. Parks?
